1. Digital Product Nature
ThinkPilot provides digital educational products that are available for immediate download upon purchase. Due to the nature of digital products, we generally do not provide refunds once the product has been accessed or downloaded.
2. Refund Eligibility
We offer refunds under the following specific circumstances:
2.1 Technical Issues
- If you are unable to download the purchased materials
- If files are corrupted or unreadable
- If the product received is different from what was described
2.2 Duplicate Purchase
Accidental duplicate purchases made within 24 hours may be eligible for refund.
2.3 Non-Delivery
If you do not receive access to purchased materials within 2 hours of payment.
3. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will NOT be provided in the following cases:
- Change of mind after purchase
- Not satisfied with the quality (after downloading)
- Did not read the product description properly
- Incompatibility with your systems
- Purchase made by mistake (after download)
- Unable to use the product due to personal reasons

5. Refund Methods
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for purchase:
- UPI payments: Refund to same UPI ID
- Credit/Debit cards: Refund to same card
- Net Banking: Refund to same bank account
6. Partial Refunds
In some cases, partial refunds may be granted:
- Bundle purchases where only part of the content is accessed
- Technical issues affecting only specific files
- Subscription cancellations (pro-rated)
7. Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your order only if:
- Request is made within 1 hour of purchase
- No downloads have been initiated
- No access has been granted to the materials
8. Dispute Resolution
If you are unsatisfied with our refund decision, you may:
- Request a review by senior management
- Provide additional evidence supporting your claim
- Seek mediation if the amount exceeds ₹10,000

We may consider refunds in exceptional circumstances at our discretion:
