1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using ThinkPilot Education Solutions (“Service”), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement.
2. Description of Service
ThinkPilot provides premium white-label study materials for educational institutions including:
- Editable study notes and worksheets
- MCQs and practice questions
- Teaching resources and PPTs
- Exam preparation materials
3. User Accounts
When you create an account with us, you must provide accurate and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password.
4. License and Usage Rights
4.1 White-Label License
Upon purchase, we grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to:
- Use our materials for your educational institution
- Rebrand materials with your institution’s name and logo
- Modify and customize content for your teaching needs
- Distribute to students within your institution
4.2 Restrictions
You may NOT:
- Resell or redistribute materials to other institutions
- Share login credentials with unauthorized users
- Remove copyright notices from materials
- Use content for commercial purposes beyond your institution
5. Payment Terms
- All prices are in Indian Rupees (₹)
- Payment is required before accessing digital content
- We accept UPI, net banking, credit/debit cards
- All sales are final unless covered by refund policy
6. Intellectual Property
All content, features, and functionality available on ThinkPilot are and will remain the exclusive property of ThinkPilot Education Solutions and its licensors.
7. User Conduct
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for any illegal purpose
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service
- Interfere with or disrupt the Service
- Share copyrighted materials without permission
8. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.
9. Limitation of Liability
ThinkPilot shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages resulting from your use or inability to use the Service.
10. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
11. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time.
